53. It made me order a

a Bach Flower Remedy called Elm and as incredible as it may sound to many it actually helps me with being Overwhelmed.

It may sound cray to some.. but I've been taking them off and On since the '80s... so I took a chance talking out loud about them

My emotions are off the charts with worry and stress.
