How many people here have you just insulted by calling us "hoodwinked and brainwashed"? I would say know your audience, and you don't. Just what politicians are brainwashing us? Especially when our complaint is that the politicians won't stand up to the gun manufacturers lobby and put some common sense regulations in place so that it is not so easy for the unstable to get their hands on easily reloadable assault style weapons?

"Snookered by both parties"? 1) Another insult to DUers. 2) Yes, that great bastion of gun control, the Republicans. (As if the Democrats are any better on that issue).

The banks are already in control, and there are about 300 million guns in American, or so the gun owners tell me. The banks don't care if we have guns. And more semi-automatic weapons won't bring down the banks' power.

Your argument, sad to say, is extremely unconvincing. And presented in such an offensive and rude way that it wouldn't convince me if it there were some signs of merit.
