Block your day into bits. 15 minute meditation first thing. Use that to plan your day. Jot down some tasks to do with time estimates. Order them.

Eat good food. Protein feeds the brain.

Exercise. I like these 15 minute workouts on YouTube. Stretching and repetitive motion can make you tired, and has an element of cardio without full throttle fatigue.

Take time for reflection. Read something inspiring. Write in a journal. Listen to great music. Know what makes you happy, and do it.

Trust the process and the system, it's battle tested for more than 200 years. Trump is way out on a limb, even if Heritage is pushing him. Republicans won't back him forever. It only takes a handful.

Get quiet. Get cautious. Get working. Don't lose sleep. Think good thoughts going to bed. For a major problem with no solution, ask a question about it and sleep on it. Solutions are formulated with sleep.
