They didn't eliminate slavery by killing all the slaves.

There are just too many guns out in the country to round them up and eliminate them. It is as near impossible as anything can be. You'll never get them all and there is never going to be a ban, not in our lifetime or our grandchildren's. It's crazy to think there will be. There is zero inclination in Congress to do so.
