6. It's the Koch brothers and other billionaires

They funded the right-wing propaganda network, which helped them buy elections, which helped them stack the federal judiciary and the Supreme Court, which helped them further gerrymander and otherwise restrict voting in key states and otherwise undermine our democracy, which helped create an environment perfect for a dictator to take control and govern with utter contempt for the people and the policies the people prefer.
