I am not saying it's "miraculous"...We just didn't buy into the hype...

We took and still take vitamins, (D, B1, B2, B3, B6, B12, Centrum, Zinc, Potassium, Magnesium, CoQ10, Milk Thistle and more).

We got plenty of sunshine, Ate and slept well and wore a mask for maybe the first week...After that, we never looked back and still haven't.
