Trying to paraphrase what the Musk incels have breached to date (Feb 3 2025)

The incels have taken control of the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) and General Services Administration (GSA), and have gained access to the Treasury Department’s payment system, exposing a vast range of sensitive information about millions of citizens.

The Musk incels hacked into US Agency for International Development. USAID security officials thwarted the attempt. The security officials were subsequently put on leave.

The Associated Press reported that Musk's incels accessed classified material.
