Is sickening. This is stuff that neither the states or private companies can really replace. Add in the completely predictable increase in outbreaks because of losing both domestic and US foreign measures to contain them, it is clear that Trump 2 might be worse than Trump 1 COVID.

Maybe we could frame all of this as Donald Trump making us a third world nation, where the wealthy are extremely wealthy and almost everyone else has next to nothing.
