Because they are above the law.

In all of this - The Felon is going to Felon.

But Musk - our only way out of that guy is his death. Unfortunately - he's like 50 and both of his parents are still alive. So America is stuck with him for another 30 or 40 years. Seems like the evil get away with everything.
