could be called traitorous, but it's not literally and legally treason, at least not yet. Prosecutable treason has been held to require some act favoring an enemy in an existing, declared war. We aren't likely to go to war with Russia, since Trump reliably capitulates; Putin doesn't need a war. Trump is, instead, Neville Chamberlain on steroids. Traitorous behavior, in contrast to treason, is simply that which involves a sellout or betrayal, and he's been doing that right along.
