what don't they outsource these days? The subcontract rural delivery in some areas. They rent warehouses on the fly when holiday mail volume spikes. Surely more we don't know about. There are changes. Regional rate boxes gone. First class rates hard to find on the website and that's a clue. The differences in prices between the different shipping options are narrowing. Soon to be a few rates. First class, media, Priority, Ground Advantage very narrow in pricing compared to 10 years ago. And there are NO first class packages now.

DeJoy will take it off your hands.
