...as the boss of Orange County Mayor Linda Chapin by Sentinel columnist Bob Morris. He was forced to retract/apologize to Gray and was then fired. The Avalon development was at the source of this corruption. Well, it's built and the people who owned all that land purchased as "Agricultural Zoned" and unable to be developed got really rich.
