All this aside, it's not surprising Whiskey Pete is listening to his brass and agrees with not letting those non-warrior suit types try to play in his sandbox.

Daddy Donny gave him the military, not the DC suits. He's not going to share unless Daddy D. or Mommy Congress makes him.
