Of course it's the Congress. Obama has been telling people for over a month to call their representatives to make the budget go the way he's pushing it, taxes on the rich, no cuts to the social safety net. He's trying to influence people on this issue now.

It was, and will always be, up to us and just voting a man in office doesn't relieve us of our responsibilty to change the states and the people in office. He's leading, just as he is supposed to do.

If Obama isn't not good enough to you, tell us which Republican can do a better job.
