Personality "disorders" are empirically derived diagnosis, there is no organic cause that determined the diagnosis.

Every criminal in prison has personality disorders, sociopathy, narcissism etc. Even kids in the juvenile system are diagnosed with oppositional defiant disorder, which is another personality disorder that is based on some persons opinion.

ETA yes I am aware that the medical community wants to turn everything into a disease. They are misguided. No one understands how the brain works, no one even knows what consciousness is, or where it comes from or if it's even real.
