Something about how his strongliest tariff tactic caused Canada and Mexico, with tears in their eyes, to beg him "Sir, please no more, my country will be ruined..." and how they caved to whatever unknown, unverifiable demand he alleges that he made.

He's a fucking moron, and so is anyone that supports his stupid ass.
