Just read the first phrase of the Second Amendment: A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state

Then ask them if they are a member of a well regulated militia, and where it states that any schmuck should be able to have a gun.

#4 is false

#5 is laughable, as is 6

#7 sounds like it's a penis, not a gun.
