Hey, dumbfuck. Vitamins A and D are not water soluble, meaning one can easily overdose on them. Which is going to happen A LOT when ignorant parents start funneling cod liver oil or vitamin supplements down their kids' gobs, because they think that the more you give, the better. Jeezus.
