The vote was 5-4, with Roberts and Barrett voting for democracy.

A 5-4 vote to keep the power of the purse with Congress, unfuckingbelievable.

Now, will the funds be released? I doubt it. Maybe Krasnov will appeal the SC decision to Putin?
