I have one with no additional charge to me, and about three years ago I paid some seventy-five dollars for everything connected to a broken arm. Instead of several hundred that it would have been without my plan.
Honestly, I do not understand why some people are so opposed to Advantage Plans. Try one. You might like it.

Agree. My wife had eye surgery last week on both eyes. Cataracts and new lenses.
