22. Lots of alarm bells ringing just now.

Some of them are real; many are false or premature. It can be hard to sort out the two possibilities. So, it helps when someone does a little clarifying.

For example, despite the loss of some staff at SSA, there are still lots and lots of people working there who have, as their job, the responsibility to keep things running smoothly. They're still there, doing their job.
