1. This is BS. It is just not that hard to fire a government employee

Before trump, it had to be for cause, and the cause has to be documented. These horror stories you hear about, which do occur, are generally do to lack of proper documentation of the job performance, and poor supervisors. Personal has to do their job too.

It is by no means a perfect system, but it works better than the exceptions you hear about, and there used to be a lot of people trying to make it better, with absolutely no thanks from anyone
