hate, polarization, fear, lies, anger, smearing, contempt, hypocrisy, etc in order to get them to vote NOT on issues but on doctrine and emotion. This has been going on for a long time. The gop doesn't have the issues....this tactic is necessary.

So, OF COURSE YOU WILL EVENTUALLY GET A LYING, ANGRY, HYPOCRITICAL CANDIDATE like Newt, filled with contempt for anything associated with the other party. It is a natural outcome of the tactics used to fool people.
