75. Local media has the story.

It was in the Boston Globe a few days ago. There is also an article from WGBH, as well as Uprise RI, which an activist group in RI. The detention center he is held in is in Rhode Island. It looks like he might have had a small legal snag, but not sure why he is still in detention.
