(2,175 posts)She is a pancreatic cancer survivor for almost 5 years, counting from the radical surgery ("Whipple" . She recently had a PC (pancreatic cancer) tumor removed from her lung. Very painful type of surgery. PC actually messes with immune system processes. A so-called vaccine that works effectively with the immune system would be extremely good news. Wife was lucky that hers was found early enough for surgery to be pretty effective - plus a good, very experienced surgeon. (Univ of Colo Med.)
This potential "vaccine" is a treatment, not a typical preventative vaccine as I understand it.
Someone close to the Trump-Kennedy regime needs to get some first hand experience with PC. The chemo regimen would be especially informative if they had the opportunity for first hand experience.
