Just as Susan Collins often feigns "concern" but rarely votes against the Republican Party, at times the courts or Congress may buck Donnie. Collins helped us with the aca, but nearly always ends up being a reliably Republican vote.

All for the illusion of institutional checks and balances.

When it really matters though, they nearly always fall in line.

Roberts will not save us from dictatorship.
