In part to his Immunity decision regarding "official Presidential acts"?

Calling for impeachment of Federal Judges because they rule against him and protect the Constitution is not an "official Presidential act". Nor is by EOs challenging any Amendment or Article in the US Constitution be that Birthright Citizenship, due process, etc.

I suspect CJ Roberts will be more forthright about tRump trying to cancel out the US Constitution.
