how EVERY police, border patrol, FBI, ICE, etc., can ALL BE SO DAMNED STUPID!?!?!

(sorry for the shouting, I can see a percentage being idiots, BUT ALL OF THEM?)

What worries me more than anything is that we always thought the military would resist stupid orders and stand up for the country, but now I'm not so sure. I have a friend whose son is in the Marines, I can't see him doing anything stupid, but he may not have a choice.
