13. Not a lawyer, but a lawsuit will fail.

1) he’s a public figure, so high standards must be met for him to win a defamation suit, eg, statements were made intentionally to harm him

2) truth is a defense, and there are facts to support at least a couple of the insults (eg, that he’s a Nazi)

3) for non-factual assertions, eg, opinions, they are generally protected as free speech
