22. purpose of the discussion

makes some assumptions for the purpose of seeing how the situation might play out. It's unprecedented and it really is something to think about. You know the old saying: be careful what you wish for.

The purpose of the discussion is not the hearing on the 27th. There is another thread for that.

It's to project what could happen if fraud is found.
