involved in the Signal messaging I've heard was offered by Sen. Mark Kelly tonight on the Last Word. He said he was a pilot in Afghanistan who had a bomb explode next to his plane. If the enemy knows in advance what and where an attack will take place, they have a much better chance of preparing for and eliminating the threat.
