31. How are these people getting entry visa's?

I understand they can land and stay in the U.S. military compound in Greenland, but their purpose for for being anywhere else in Greenland is clearly disruptive and would certainly not fall under a diplomatic visa, and countries deny tourist visa's to people suspected of being disruptive all the time.
