Not that there's anything wrong at all with DEI; but the Trumpers are misusing it to claim that unqualified Black (or women, LGBTQ, disabled, etc.) people get jobs that should have been given to white men. DEI isn't about preference; it's about access, but they don't understand that, or don't want to.
