I say, we spend $60 Billion or so on the DEA every year. That's a lot of SWAT Teams, helicopters, and dudes making overtime so they can fly around looking for some chemo patient's pot plant.

How about taking them off cancer granny brownie patrol, and putting them to work protecting the nation's elementary schools?
