15. The black eyes are real in people with NPD

Likely caused by their dissociation causing the eyes to dilate. They are “gone” in some moments. They usually will have no memory of what the did or said in this psychotic state. Ask anyone who has lived with a diagnosed pathological narcissist and I promise you they will have stories of the black eyes, vacuous expression, and inability to remember it afterwards.
