...and the fact that he won't listen to his doctors. He thinks the Crestor (and presumably, all the other pills) will keep working forever. Who knows how long, but at some point, even for Donnie, time's up!

Also, it looks like he stopped using Ozempic--there was a clip the other day showing him to be bigger than ever. It's a mystery for the ages how this guy has survived so long.
