He is beyond a "bad seed". He had serious mental health issues since his childhood. He is a psychopath and that means he can not be cured. Sociopaths can sort of get better but only if they really want to and work hard at it and with therapy. Psychopaths can never get any help. This is in their core and they can't change that. The US voted for this AGAIN! And now he is even worse!!!

That is why the protests are so numerous.....older people do not like losing their health care and social security. A lot of conservative seniors are realizing tRump is not acting in their best interests now. They are finally waking up to his cruelty since his sadism is hurting them. Issues about guns, abortion rights, etc do not concern them on election day. However, their retirement income and health care do effect them so now tRump has lost some of his fan base.
