especially when you factor in all the party favors, refreshments, entertainment (what's a celebration without music?), a bouncy castle and pony for the kids, and of course the large cistern that will need to be buried above his coffin to catch all the urine that will be coming his way (although according to some Russian sources, that might be like heaven for him).
