together with the admission in court by the Federal Government that they made a mistake by sending the Petitioner to El Salvador, together with the statement by Rubio that no court can stop them, should be enough to get the Supreme Court's full and immediate attention. The emergency order should demand that the government obtain the immediate release of the Petitioner. No ifs, ands of buts. Just DO IT. I think we are at the "have you no shame" moment in this country. The Petitioner's plight may not be mine or yours, but it is certainly ours.
