Tomorrow I am going to sign the lease for my new place. Any advice or anything I should look for? [View all]

I can't wait really. Right now as my wife and I are packing (we need to be out by the 27th ) our furance isn't working right. It is trying to kick on makes a grinding sound but doesn't fully kick on. we can feel heat coming out of vents but it isn't fully circulating like it should.

My wife is scare the house is going to explode. She is also calling all the utilities after we sign the papers to start getting them switched over.
