It says no person can be elected three times

The 22nd Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, ratified in 1951, establishes term limits for the presidency. It states that no person shall be elected president more than twice, and that no person who has served as president for more than two years of a term to which someone else was elected can be elected more than once.
