They are not currently fully applied due to suspensions and exemptions and foulups in paper work.

The $500 million (annually only about $180 billion) is based on pre-tariff trade, not with tariff throttling and not with contractionary economic forces accounted for. US income tax receipts are estimated to be $2,469 billion for 2024.
