2. Yup, Krasnov imposes tariffs

and the countries that give him suitcases full of money get tariffs removed.

The president of the United States openly violating the emoluments clause of the Constitution.

It isn't enough to call it quid pro quos, Krasnov is using the might of the government to run a mob-style protection racket with the world. Give me bags of money or I put tariffs on you. No negotiations are necessary. We were waiting to see the "deals" that Krasnov has made, well here is one of them.
