Which is why we need to undo all environmental regulations and standards?

I'm not really sure that this guy ever had it together, but every time I read about what he says and how he behaves I think that he has truly lost it. I'm not being hyperbolic--I really think that he has had some sort of mental break. He's truly the deranged, Nazi madman behind the curtain.
