Especially Empty Wheel. So Garland did some stuff (much of it untimely and he also set Joe up with the Hur bullshit. So what? I presume he watched the insurrection on live TV like the rest of us. An intelligent person doesnt start from the bottom up, but cuts the head off the snake. Peru can do it. Brazil can. South Korea, too. Tons of experts agree.
