Many Catholics in this country are ultra conservative and voted for psycho, think about that. The last pope was named as a progressive yet he had zero influence on stopping psycho from getting elected or having any real effect on anything he did.

By the way, the new pope, Leo 14, is an R and has mostly supported and voted for R.
