39. I'm so sorry you and your family are going through this. It's excruciating and raw

and feels positively unbearable. It helped me to try to limit my focus to small blocks of time. Just making it through this hour, this evening, this one task. Little bits at a time until I could do more.

Our thoughts are with you.
