1. He floats a stupid, destructive idea on Fake Twitter.
2. The idea is widely ridiculed as stupid and destructive.
3. He goes ahead with it anyway.
4. Disaster ensues. He blames Biden.
5. He doubles down.
6. More disaster ensues.
7. The Important People start to complain.
8. He blames Biden some more.
9. Finally realizing he needs an off-ramp, he announces a Beautiful Deal, capitulates and declares victory.
