You don't think the Russians and Iranians are just going to write off their investment after 2029, do you?

They are counting on plenty of meetings and conferences taking place aboard that plane even after Trump's term is done. A few million to one of Bondi's clandestine accounts, plus a subtle reminder of the view from the higher floors of DC buildings, and *poof* the "Justice" department sees no problem at all with the little Qatari "token of their appreciation."
