7. Everybody that has a five-dollar bill should put 8647 on it and pass it around when buying stuff.

It would be a great way to infiltrate the corporate propaganda. There would be so many bills in circulation that almost everyone would connect with one of them at some time or other.

It could be a good defensive maneuver against the corporate right-wing propaganda.

People need to question what it means, in my opinion.

If it serves as positive political propaganda, then so be it.
